The Spa Park Hyatt Istanbul
Located in the prestigious Maçka Palas in Nişantaşı, Istanbul, Maçka Palas Spa by Nusr-Et is an exclusive wellness destination designed by GA Architects. The design combines luxury and relaxation, offering an immersive spa experience that reflects elegance and tranquility. Despite the limited spatial sections, the spa successfully incorporates elements of a traditional Turkish hammam, adding authenticity to the experience.
Planlux collaborated to enhance the ambiance through a sophisticated lighting scheme focusing on wellness principles. The lighting subtly highlights the spa’s luxurious materials and textures, from warm wood accents to calming stone surfaces, while maintaining the Turkish hammam atmosphere with soft, diffused light. The balance of direct and indirect lighting creates a serene yet luxurious environment.
