Nobu Restaurant Istanbul

Planlux has participated in realizing the lighting scheme designed by ISOMETRIX (UK) for Nobu Restaurant Istanbul by Süzer Group, whose interior was designed by Studio PCH (USA). Nobu Restaurant, located on the top two floors of a plaza with a Bosphorus view in Istanbul, accompanies the view with its interior and exterior spaces, while being a “high end” designed place due to its high level of customer portfolio. For this reason, the comfort of the selected products and the details applied was emphasized and the value added to the space was taken into consideration in the different scenarios prepared.

Planlux provided local lighting consultancy and supervision to the parties in transferring the designed lighting scheme to the structural project in a healthy way. We collaborated in all stages, from the schematical phase to fine-tuning settings till the realization of the project. During the design processes carried out with global teams, we contributed to the healthy management of lighting project, production, mock-up, purchasing and construction processes by ensuring coordination with local teams.

In the reports we prepared following the field controls we carried out, the points that needed to be corrected in the application were highlighted, and the details of the project were corrected so that the perception of the lighting on the space matched the design.
