PLANLUX’S NEW BOLLARD DESİGN FOR HEPER. Planlux’s bollard design for Heper+Moonlight is displayed at ‘Light & Building 2012’ fair in Frankfurt. [nggallery id=73] The initial image of POLSO in our heads was a “flux capacitator”. This image brought us to a circular form which divides the light in three directions.
